Dan Fine - Managing Partner

Dan has founded and led several successful startup companies, including the first known ‘dot com’ in 1994 (fine.com International, Inc.). Since 2002, he has focused on bringing Microsoft business solutions to the mid-market, first as the founder of In2Gr8 Corporation, then as the Axapta Practice Director at EYT (Ernst & Young Technology).

Fine Solutions was founded in 2004 with the goal of serving the Pacific Northwest with high quality Axapta and Great Plains solutions. Following the 2007 merger with Business Performance Solutions, which expanded the company’s breadth and depth of offerings considerably, Fine Solutions is the fastest growing and most innovative Microsoft Dynamics partner in the region.

Dan has been fortunate enough win Entrepreneur of the Year from Ernst & Young and Small Business Person of the Year from the SBA.

Julie Hein – Director, AX Practice and Principal Consultant

Julie Hein is a seasoned professional and recovering CPA with 20+ years of experience in industry and consulting. She leads our Microsoft Dynamics AX practice and has six years of experience implementing Dynamics AX and 20 years of experience implementing Dynamics GP. Prior to joining Fine Solutions, Julie was a financial analyst at Goodwill, controller at Seattle Gourmet Foods and accountant at Knight, Vale & Gregory.

Julie is highly skilled at solving problems and helping clients achieve their broader objectives of measuring and improving business performance.

Therese Rudzis – Director, GP Practice

Therese brings over 10 years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics Consulting and Sales which provides her with an extensive list of referenceable customers. As a Microsoft Certified Professional in Dynamics GP, Certified Trainer, Data Migration, Accounting Software Implementation, and Project Management, her comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics GP and compatible software places her at the head of our GP practice. Before joining us at Fine Solutions, Therese was the sales manager at Rockton Software, project manager and senior consultant at Integrated Systems Solutions, project manager at Moss Adams, and payroll manager at BF Goodrich.

Therese is renowned for bringing creativity to the problem solving process and her broad knowledge of the accounting world makes her an excellent resource for customers.

Scott Colson – Director, CRM and Network Management

Scott has over a dozen years of experience directing implementation, development, and support efforts on CRM systems, custom web applications, and network infrastructure. He specializes in the integration of various data systems with an emphasis on integrating front office order entry via CRM systems into back office order processing in ERP systems. Before coming on board at Fine Solutions, Scott was CTO of Autonomix, a successful network integrations company, and the operations officer of the USS OHIO in the United States Navy.

Scott's ability to analyze a company's current situation and present a definitive and sustainable roadmap makes him indispensible as our client's size and needs grow.
